  Went on a Saturday morning... A bit chaotic, but staff was friendly and quick to greet and check us in. My son was crying the entire time, had to sit on my lap, and kept swatting the lady's hands as she attempted to cut my child's hair. However, no one made us feel bad about it, she did a great job trying to console him and encourage him. Wasn't perfect hair and probably paid more than the haircut itself was worth, but it was worth it to me to get the length down in a quick 10 min cut.
